Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required to schedule work
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project

Project Timeline

• Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
• We will keep you informed of any schedule changes
• Delays caused by client decisions may affect final completion dates

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 2 years from completion. If any issues arise due to our workmanship during this period, we will correct them at no additional cost to you.

Client Responsibilities

• Ensure access to work areas during scheduled times
• Remove or protect valuable items from work areas
• Provide accurate information about the scope of work
• Make timely decisions regarding color selections and specifications

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled work will receive a full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before work will forfeit the deposit
• Emergency cancellations due to illness or unforeseen circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or damages not caused by our workmanship.

Insurance and Licensing

Goodman Painters and Decorators Inc is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees.
